1. Everyone purchasing a gift card or adding additional funds to a gift card is making a tax deductible, charitable contribution and will receive an acknowledgement letter for the amount contributed.

2. Gift cards must be redeemed through The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever website and only the charities listed on the site are eligible to receive funds.

3. If your transaction exceeds the amount of your gift card, you can pay for the balance with a credit card.

4. Gift cards are good until April 15th, 2011. After April 15th, 2011, the funds will be divided among the eligible charities.

5. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be returned for a cash refund as a tax deductible gift acknowledgment letter will have been issued for the date upon initial processing.

6. Gift cards may not be used to purchase gift cards.

7. Any unused balance will be divided among the eligible charities if not designated or used before April 15th, 2010.

8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

9. In the event a gift card code is non-functional, the purchaser's sole remedy, and The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever's only responsibility is the replacement of such gift card upon proof of initial payment and activation.

10. The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever will have the right to terminate and deactivate the gift card and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is redeemed through The Greatest Gift Catalog Ever website.
